It's All in a Name

Pele ... Kaka ... The Kaiser ... Bomber .. The Butcher.  Soccer players have a long history of knicknames.  What are ours?  The players have nicknames for each other;  some of the coaches have nicknames for you (some nice ... some not so nice - but always meant jokingly) and some girls don't really have any (so I have taken the liberty of making some up).
