A quick game review (pictures to follow) ...
Unfortunately a few things caught up with our girls (time off, injuries, illlness, travel, etc.) and the "girls from Victoria" came out flat against a much improved Surrey team. They had to get through ththe top three teams in the league to win the Coastal Cup (i.e. Victoria, Richmond and Vancouver)
They scored two quick goals (not particularly good goals but goals none-the-less) and gug a hole for us to get out of. The girls woke up and applied some heavy pressure on Surrey but too little too late.
So when the whistle blew it was a 2-1 win for Surrey.
