- Please conserve your energies for Cup play this weekend - think about your extra-curricular activities and whether they will have negative affect on your injuries, energy and play this weekend. Now is the time to think of your team / teamsmates vs self. Now is the time when tough decisions will have to be made. Now is the time to ask yourself ... "What Would You Give Up?" to be champions?
