A Tired Caps Team Gives Away Two Points

A somewhat disappointing result over the weekend only because we know in our hearts we could have done better.  Given the past few weeks of Super Y and Metro, I think this “let down” was expected.  It is very difficult for a team to be on a high for a week or so (i.e. FLorida) and then come back to our normal daily life and not expect a bit of a let down.  Let’s use this experience, and build on it for future games.

On the good side of things...
- we scored first
- we did not allow them any shots in the first half (in fact North Shore did not make it in our half much)
- we threw a new formation at you and you adapted to it well and had a couple of very good scoring opportunities
- we are still unbeaten
- we are still on top of the standings
- life continues

I will leave you with a few quotes that I previously shared with some ...

“If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.”
"What doesn't kill us makes us stronger."
“The greatest accomplishment is not in never falling, but in rising again after you fall.”
